I've been meaning to write this for a while now and probably should have written it first. Oh well.

Fantasy Cafe started off as a fantasy book review blog with the occasional science fiction review, but last year I discovered I enjoy science fiction more than I thought I did so now I review both regularly. I review every book I read there, which is usually about one per week. This year I'm also going to try to review some comic books, hard science fiction, and urban fantasy in addition to just fantasy and space opera.

Sometimes I write about news or new books that are coming out that sound interesting, and occasionally will do giveaways (in December I gave away one of my favorite books from the year 2008 every weekend).

I've always loved reading and I love it when people stop by and leave comments and suggestions for books to read!
