I have 2 places where I list these. First is updated daily on the left sidebar of Dragons, Heroes and Wizards. The second is a roundup for the week posted on Saturday night at 11:45 PM (EST).

The Saturday round up makes things convenient but there is a drawback. Sometimes contests only last a day or two so if you wait on the roundup post, you might miss a few!
