I was wondering your opinion on the subject of cliches in fantasy--are they a good thing or a bad thing; and will a book still sell even though it has what is considered cliche in fantasy

Ooooh, good one. I will post about that indeed! I think I've talked about it some in the past (way back when, over a year ago now), but it would be a good idea to revisit the issue of cliches and how it influences publishing.
